History: 
Eugene was once a businessman living in an extravagant manor with his small family. He worked behind the desk efficiently and made sure his family was well-off. For awhile things were very good. But that changed overtime, and his young daughter, Aileen, grew very sick. After she died he and his wife lived alone in their big empty house. 

When his wife heard that new people would be moving to their island, she pestered him to turn their manor into an inn. While Charlene would entertain folks at their home, the thought of people staying for an extended period of time was unsavory to him. But after some persuasion and a battle of wills, Eugene caved and began converting the manor into an inn. Utilizing knowledge from his former career, he placed careful investment into ensuring that everything was just so.

Once the Timeline Inn was established all of the incoming 'mons would have a place to stay at.

- Doesn't like Aileen being brought up in conversations

- Occasionally butts heads with Charlene because they're both pretty bull-headed
